Stefanie Julia LLC dba Always A VIP

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 5, 2026

Plain-English note before the legal part: these Terms apply to every program, product, and service sold by Stefanie Julia LLC dba Always A VIP, including the Client Attraction Lab, the Always A VIP Experience, The Coach Resort, and our digital products and subscriptions. Read them before you buy, because buying means you agree to them.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you," "Client," or "Member") and Stefanie Julia LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as Always A VIP ("Always A VIP," "we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Stefanie Julia. They govern every program, product, and service we offer, including the Client Attraction Lab, the Always A VIP Experience, done-for-you asset builds, workshops, digital products, AI tools, subscriptions, and strategy calls (each a "Program" and together the "Programs").

By purchasing, enrolling in, subscribing to, booking, accessing, or participating in any Program, you confirm that you:

  • Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • Are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
  • Are purchasing for your own business use and have the authority to agree on behalf of that business, if applicable.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access any Program.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date above. Continued participation after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes to refund terms, payment terms, or the dispute resolution terms in Section 13 will not apply retroactively to a purchase already made.

2. Programs and Services

These Terms cover every Program we offer, including those described below and any we add later. The specific pricing, inclusions, dates, and term for each Program are stated on its sales page or at checkout at the time of purchase, and those details are part of your agreement with us.

When your term starts. Your term starts on the date stated at purchase. If no start date is stated, your term starts on the date of your first payment.

Client Attraction Lab. A group coaching and implementation program for coaches, consultants, and service providers that teaches our client attraction methodology, from offer creation through organic client signing to paid advertising. Enrollment includes, for the length of your term:

  • Access to the Lab curriculum, milestone trainings, and the private member community.
  • Live group coaching, office hours, and implementation sessions as scheduled inside the Program.
  • Implementation workshops and planning days announced inside the Program.
  • The Lab AI Tool Stack, including Ask Stefanie and the Filing Cabinet, for the length of your term.
  • Pre-built CRM snapshots (pages and nurture sequences), which require a separate CRM subscription to use.

The Lab is delivered in a group setting. Private one-on-one coaching is not included unless purchased separately. Your term length and start date are stated at enrollment. The Lab does not renew automatically: to continue after your term ends, you must purchase a renewal (see Section 3).

Always A VIP Experience (Done-For-You). A fully managed marketing engagement that includes onboarding, a VIP Day intensive where your Soul-Aligned Audience Map and client attraction system are built, managed Meta advertising, and ongoing strategy support. Scope, deliverables, reporting cadence, and pricing are confirmed on your sales call and at checkout.

  • Minimum term and renewal. The engagement carries the minimum term stated at purchase (four (4) months unless your offer states otherwise). After the minimum term, the engagement automatically continues month to month at the monthly rate stated at checkout, and we will charge your payment method on file each month, until either party gives thirty (30) days' written notice to cancel. You may give notice at any time, including during the minimum term, but cancellation takes effect no earlier than the end of the minimum term or thirty (30) days after we receive your notice, whichever is later. Send notice to [email protected].
  • Ad spend and budgets. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform and is separate from our fees unless your offer states otherwise. You approve your ad budget, we manage campaigns to the budget you approve, and you are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on your ad account.
  • Your delays. We need your account access, assets, information, and approvals to deliver. Delays in providing them do not pause or extend your term or change your payment schedule.

Done-for-you asset builds. Members and clients may purchase à la carte done-for-you builds (emails, funnel pages, automations, ad creative, campaign launches) at the prices listed at the time of purchase. Each build is purchased and checked out separately. Turnaround times are stated in business days and begin once your intake form is submitted and all required account access and materials (including photos and videos for ad creative) are provided to [email protected], not at checkout. Email builds are copy only unless an automation build is also purchased.

Digital products, tools, subscriptions, and calls. We offer standalone digital products and services, including AI tool subscriptions, standalone access to our AI tool suite, paid strategy calls, workshops, and The Coach Resort CRM (our white-labeled CRM subscription). Access is granted at purchase and continues for the period you paid for. Subscriptions bill automatically each period until you cancel (see Section 3). Credits toward a larger Program, where offered, apply only within the window and conditions stated in the offer.

Changes to Programs. We regularly add trainings, tools, and workshops. We may update, replace, or retire specific sessions, tools, bonuses, or platforms at our discretion, provided the core deliverables of what you purchased remain available for your term. Live session dates and times may change; recordings or replacement sessions will be provided where reasonable. Lab members may upgrade to the Always A VIP Experience; upgrade terms, including how prior payments are credited, are confirmed on a sales call and at checkout.

3. Enrollment, Fees, and Payment

Pricing. Prices, payment options, and minimum terms are as published on the relevant sales page or checkout at the time of your purchase, and may change for future purchases without notice. Promotional pricing, bonuses, and credits apply only within the window and conditions stated in the offer.

Payment plans and minimum terms are a commitment, not a subscription. Choosing a payment plan or a Program with a minimum term does not reduce your total obligation. You agree to pay the full price for your term, and you authorize us to charge your payment method on file on each scheduled date until the balance is paid. A payment plan or minimum term cannot be cancelled mid-term by stopping participation, leaving the community, pausing your ads, or disputing a charge.

Failed or late payments. If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to re-run the charge and notify you. You have a seven (7) day grace period from the due date, during which your access continues. If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, your access to the Program, including curriculum, community, live sessions, AI tools, and any managed services or ad campaigns, will be suspended or removed until your account is current. The grace period keeps your access open while you catch up; it does not extend your term, and suspension does not pause your term or reduce the amount owed. Any payment more than thirty (30) days past due may be referred to collections, and you will be responsible for reasonable collection costs and attorney fees.

Chargebacks. Because these Terms spell out our refund policy below, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute on a valid charge is a breach of this agreement. We will contest disputed charges with the record of your enrollment, your acceptance of these Terms, and your access, and we may terminate your access immediately.

Taxes and third-party costs. Tuition does not include sales tax where applicable, or the cost of third-party tools you choose to use, such as a Coach Resort or GoHighLevel subscription, Meta ad spend, domains, or other software.

Subscriptions. Recurring subscriptions (such as our AI tool subscriptions and The Coach Resort CRM) bill automatically at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout, on each billing date, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time online through your account or by emailing [email protected] at least two (2) business days before your next billing date. We will confirm your cancellation by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and no partial-period refunds are issued.

Renewals. How each Program continues after its term:

  • Client Attraction Lab: does not renew automatically. To continue after your term, you purchase a renewal at the renewal pricing published at that time. A renewal is a new term under the Terms in effect on the renewal date, and you are never charged for a renewal without your affirmative purchase.
  • Always A VIP Experience (Done-For-You): continues month to month after the minimum term and bills automatically until thirty (30) days' written notice is received, as described in Section 2.
  • Subscriptions: bill automatically until you cancel, as described above.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No refunds. Our Programs consist of coaching and consulting services, done-for-you services, and digital products, including curricula, trainings, templates, AI tools, software access, and community access, all of which are delivered and begin at the time of purchase. Because these are services and digital goods that cannot be returned, all payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable. This applies to pay-in-full purchases, every installment of a payment plan, minimum-term payments, subscription charges, renewals, workshop purchases, strategy calls, and done-for-you asset builds. By completing your purchase you expressly acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access and waive any right to a refund or cooling-off period to the extent permitted by law.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or payment-plan cancellations for:

  • Changing your mind, a change in your schedule, or a change in your business direction.
  • Not logging in, not attending sessions, not completing the work, or not using the tools or services you purchased.
  • Not getting the results you hoped for (see Section 8).
  • Technical issues on your end, including third-party platforms you choose to use.
  • Ad performance, ad account restrictions, or platform policy decisions, including for ads we manage on your behalf.

Transfers. Enrollment is personal to you and may not be transferred, resold, or shared.

Pauses. Terms are not paused or extended for non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances, except by a pause we approve in writing, at our sole discretion. An approved pause extends your term by the length of the pause and does not reduce the amount owed.

Waivers. We may, at our sole discretion, waive a payment, fee, or deadline for a specific member. A waiver applies only to that member and that situation and does not create an obligation to do the same for anyone else.

Done-for-you asset builds. Once an intake form is submitted and work has begun, a build is non-refundable. You are entitled to the revision rounds stated in that build's description. Requests outside the original scope are quoted separately.

Strategy calls and workshops. Paid calls and workshop seats are non-refundable. A call may be rescheduled once with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice. No-shows forfeit the call.

If we cancel. If we discontinue a Program you have paid for during your term and do not provide a substantially equivalent replacement, we will refund the prorated unused portion of tuition you have actually paid. This is your sole remedy in that event.

5. Member Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

Our Programs work when you do the work. You agree to:

  • Show up, do the work, provide what we need on time for any done-for-you services, and ask for help inside the Program when you are stuck.
  • Keep your login credentials private and not share your access with anyone, including team members, unless we have approved it in writing.
  • Treat other members, our team, and our guest strategists with respect. No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or personal attacks, in sessions, in the community, or in direct messages.
  • Not pitch, sell to, recruit, or cold-DM other members, and not use the community or member list for your own marketing, affiliate links, or lead generation.
  • Not record live sessions, screenshot other members' posts, or share community content outside the Program without written permission from the people involved and from us.
  • Not post or upload anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that violates another person's privacy.
  • Comply with Meta's advertising policies, the terms of any CRM or software you use, and the laws that apply to your own business, including anti-spam, consumer protection, and advertising disclosure rules.

You are responsible for your own business decisions, your own clients, your own ad accounts, and the accuracy of any information you provide to us.

We may remove content, mute, suspend, or remove any member who violates this Section without refund.

6. Intellectual Property and License to Materials

Everything we create is ours. The curriculum, trainings, recordings, workbooks, templates, swipe files, Coach Resort snapshots, prompts, AI tool interfaces, and the frameworks taught across our Programs, including the Soul-Aligned Audience Map, the P.S.S.C.A. creative framework, the Scale Prep Formula, the V.I.P. Mind Reset, the Filing Cabinet, and Ask Stefanie (together, the "Materials"), are owned by Always A VIP and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

Your license. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Materials for your own business during your term. You may use templates, copy, and AI tool outputs in your own marketing for your own business.

After your term. Templates, copy, and AI outputs you have worked into your own marketing may keep being used in your own business after your term. Access to the Materials and tools ends.

You may not:

  • Copy, download in bulk, record, screen-capture, or redistribute the Materials.
  • Teach, resell, license, or repackage the Materials or frameworks, in whole or in part, including inside your own programs, courses, memberships, or client work, or present our frameworks as your own.
  • Use the Materials to build, train, or prompt a competing product, tool, or program.
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

Our names and marks. "Always A VIP," "Client Attraction Lab," "The Coach Resort," and our framework names are our trademarks. You may not use them in your business name, domain, ads, or content in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you, except to state truthfully that you are or were a member.

Your content. You keep ownership of content you create and post in the community. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it inside the Program and to use it as described in Section 10.

Done-for-you deliverables. For done-for-you services, once you have paid in full for the work, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for your business (such as your funnel pages, emails, ad copy, and ad creative) for use in your own business. We retain ownership of the underlying frameworks, templates, systems, snapshots, prompts, and methods used to create them, and we may reuse those across clients. We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.

This Section survives the end of your term.

7. Confidentiality and Community Privacy

What happens in our Programs stays in our Programs. Members share real numbers, offers, client situations, and works in progress. You agree to keep confidential anything another member shares inside sessions, the community, or direct messages, and not to disclose it, screenshot it, or use it outside the Program.

You also agree to keep confidential our non-public business information, including unpublished strategies, internal processes, pricing not posted publicly, and anything we mark as confidential.

We will keep your personal and business information confidential and use it only to deliver the Programs and as described in our Privacy Policy and Section 10. Information you choose to post in a community is visible to other members.

Confidentiality obligations continue for two (2) years after your term ends, and indefinitely for trade secrets.

8. Results Disclaimer and No Guarantee of Earnings

We teach a methodology that has produced real results for real clients. We do not and cannot guarantee it will produce any specific result for you.

  • No income guarantee. Any revenue figures, client counts, ad results, or return-on-ad-spend numbers shared in our marketing, in the Program, or by other members are examples of what some clients have achieved. They are not typical, not a promise, and not a prediction of your results.
  • Your results depend on you. Your outcomes depend on factors we do not control, including your offer, your niche, your pricing, your skill, your effort, your consistency, your ad budget, market conditions, and platform changes.
  • Not professional advice. The Program provides business and marketing education. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or mental health advice. Consult a licensed professional for those matters.
  • AI tools. Outputs from the Lab AI Tool Stack, including Ask Stefanie, are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying anything you publish or send. Ask Stefanie is a training tool and is not a substitute for Stefanie Julia or our team.
  • Ad spend is yours. Any money you spend on Meta or other advertising platforms is at your sole risk, including ad spend on campaigns we manage for you. We are not responsible for ad performance, account restrictions, bans, or policy decisions made by any platform.

Testimonials and case studies on our site and in the Program are from real clients and reflect their individual experience.

9. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

The Program is delivered through, and teaches you to use, third-party platforms we do not own or control, including Skool, Zoom, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Netlify, GoHighLevel (including The Coach Resort, our white-labeled version), Canva, and others.

  • Your use of each platform is governed by that platform's own terms, policies, and privacy practices, and you agree to comply with them.
  • Subscriptions to third-party tools, including The Coach Resort CRM, are separate purchases with their own billing and cancellation terms unless we state otherwise in writing.
  • We are not responsible for outages, feature changes, pricing changes, data loss, account suspensions, or policy enforcement by any third party, and these do not entitle you to a refund.
  • If a platform we use becomes unavailable, we will move the affected part of the Program to a reasonable alternative.

If you give us access to your accounts (for example, for a done-for-you build or managed ads), you confirm you have the right to do so, you will provide access through the method we specify, and you will revoke it when the work is complete. We will use that access only to perform the work you purchased and as described in Section 10.

10. Recordings, Testimonials, and Use of Likeness

Session recordings. Live sessions, office hours, and workshops are recorded and made available to members. By participating, you consent to being recorded, including your voice, image, name, screen share, and anything you say or show. Recordings are part of the Materials and remain our property. We may use short clips from recordings in our marketing.

Testimonials and results. You give us permission to use the following in our marketing, including on our website, in ads, in emails, in case studies, and in future Program content:

  • Any win, result, or feedback you share in the community, in a session, on social media tagging us, or directly with our team.
  • Results and metrics from campaigns and systems we manage or build for you, such as ad spend, leads, booked calls, sales, revenue, and return on ad spend.
  • Your full name, business name, likeness, and screenshots of your results or messages to us, together with any of the above.

You will not be paid for this use, and you do not need to approve each use.

Opting out. You may ask us not to feature you, or a specific win, by name in marketing at any time by emailing [email protected], and we will honor the request going forward. Opting out does not require us to recall materials already published or printed, and does not remove you from session recordings already made available to members.

Your own recordings. You may not record sessions, download recordings, or share them outside the Program.

11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Disclaimer of warranties. The Program and Materials are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Always A VIP, Stefanie Julia, and our team, contractors, and guest strategists will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunity, arising out of or related to the Program, the Materials, or these Terms, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Program or these Terms will not exceed the total tuition you actually paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Always A VIP, Stefanie Julia, and our team, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Program or Materials, your business, your advertising, your clients, content you post, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Release. You release us from any claims related to decisions you make or actions you take based on the Program, including how you price, market, sell, or deliver your own offers.

12. Termination and Removal from the Program

By us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if you:

  • Breach these Terms, including the Code of Conduct, confidentiality, or intellectual property provisions.
  • Fail to make a scheduled payment by the end of the grace period in Section 3.
  • Initiate a chargeback on a valid charge.
  • Behave in a way that is abusive, disruptive, or harmful to other members, our team, or our reputation.

If we terminate for breach, any remaining payment-plan balance becomes due immediately.

By you. You may stop participating or ask to leave a Program at any time. Leaving does not cancel your payment plan or minimum term or entitle you to a refund (see Section 4). Done-for-you engagements end only as described in Section 2.

What survives. Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, and any payment obligations survive the end of your term or termination.

Access after your term. Access to the curriculum, community, and AI tools ends when your term ends unless you renew. Save anything you are licensed to keep using (see Section 6) before your term ends.

13. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and General Terms

Talk to us first. If you have a concern, email [email protected]. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve it within thirty (30) days. Neither party may begin arbitration or litigation until this step is complete.

Binding arbitration. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted by a single arbitrator in Hudson County, New Jersey, or by video conference if both parties agree. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

No class actions. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.

Equitable relief. Nothing in this Section prevents us from seeking an injunction or other equitable relief in court to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the offer details on the page where you purchased, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Programs and replace any prior discussions. If you sign a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work for a specific service, that document controls for that service where it conflicts with these Terms.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.

Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including illness, natural disaster, internet or platform outages, or government action. Our obligation in such cases is to resume delivery as soon as reasonably possible.

Notices. We may send notices to the email address on your account. You may send notices to [email protected].

Electronic agreement. Clicking to purchase, checking a box, or accessing the Program has the same legal effect as a signature. We keep a record of your acceptance of these Terms at checkout.

14. Email and Text Message Communications

By purchasing or enrolling, you agree that we may contact you by email about your purchase, account, payments, and Program delivery. If you provide a mobile number and opt in to text messages, you agree to receive text messages from Always A VIP, including automated messages, about your purchase, Program reminders, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text message opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

15. Contact and Acknowledgment

Questions about these Terms, your purchase, or your payment plan: [email protected]. We reply within one business day, Monday through Friday.
